Our Story

We Built
The Room
We Needed.

Elite Network SC was founded in 2024 by veterans who knew that Greenville had the talent, the drive, and the hunger — it just needed the infrastructure. So we built it.

How It Started

Greenville
Deserved
Better.

In 2024, a group of veterans and entrepreneurs looked around Greenville and saw a city on the rise — but without a real anchor for the people trying to build businesses, lead teams, and create something lasting.

Coworking spaces were everywhere. Networking happy hours were plentiful. But serious training? Accountable community? A place where ambition was the baseline, not the exception? That didn't exist.

So we built Elite Network SC at 2518 Poinsett Hwy — a facility, a curriculum, and a community designed from the ground up for entrepreneurs and leaders who are done talking and ready to build.

Our Mission

Equip. Connect.
Launch.

To equip entrepreneurs and leaders in Greenville, SC with the training, community, and resources they need to build businesses that last — with a special commitment to veterans and military families.

Our Vision

Greenville's
Most Impactful
Business Network.

A Greenville where every serious entrepreneur has access to world-class training, a powerful network, and a community that holds them accountable to their highest potential.

What We Stand For

Our Core
Values.

Results Over Rhetoric

We measure success by what our members build, launch, and grow — not by how many events we host or certificates we hand out.

Service Before Self

Rooted in a military ethos, we believe the strongest communities are built by people who show up for each other first.

Radical Inclusion

Entrepreneurship has no uniform. We welcome veterans, military spouses, career changers, and first-generation founders alike.

Uncompromising Standards

We hold our programs, our spaces, and our community to the highest bar — because the people we serve deserve nothing less.

Alan "Blake" Blakeborough

"Serial entrepreneur, ecosystem builder, and performance-driven operator with 30+ years of experience building companies, developing founders, and designing programs that turn potential into results."

As Co-Founder of Launchpad Tech Ventures, Blake helped build and lead a founder-first incubator and accelerator focused on execution, traction, and capital readiness — built for operators, not pitch decks.

A defining thread in his work is "training athletes." Blake applies elite performance principles — discipline, repetition, accountability, and resilience — to entrepreneurship, treating founders like competitors preparing for the highest levels of their sport.

He has built, failed, scaled, and rebuilt companies across multiple industries. That lived experience shapes how he evaluates teams, designs curriculum, and partners with investors and institutions. He has walked the path he now guides others to walk.

Brandon Hayes

"When a hire really matters, leaders bring Brandon in. For nearly 20 years he has helped founders, CEOs, and leadership teams attract, assess, and retain high-performing talent — stepping in when the stakes are high and the cost of getting it wrong is too big."

Hiring rarely breaks because of a lack of candidates — it breaks because of misalignment. Unclear expectations, leadership teams not fully aligned, and culture that hasn't kept up with growth. That's where Brandon starts. Before a role is posted, he immerses in the business: culture, goals, decision-making, and the real constraints that shape the role. Then he applies behavioral vetting through the Kalos Essentials framework, evaluating candidates for skill, behavior, compensation alignment, and culture fit — not just resume strength.

Leaders reach out when a hire is mission critical, they need experienced recruiting judgment fast, or they want an objective outside perspective without committing to a full-time talent leader. The goal is never to fill a seat — it's to make a strategic investment that strengthens the organization long after the offer is signed.

Beyond fractional consulting, Brandon works directly with founders and senior leaders through executive coaching and company workshops focused on leadership behavioral alignment, hiring discipline, and scaling with clarity. He has spoken at Claris Engage & Apple Academy in Detroit and partners with small business owners and executives across the US for monthly coaching and leadership advisement.
